
...or they should be. Robert Kirkman spoke out on a couple things I and people like me have been saying for sometime now, and I think he's right on the mark. In essence comics are doing great now but we definitly shouldn't rest on our heels. We want to build on this foundation so comics lives on into the future.

Like the gaming industry(which was also a "nerd" thing back in the day) we need to parlay this new mainstream interest into something we can hold onto. Run comics like a business and less like dudes living in our mom's basements. The japanese sell millions as far as comics go while we here barley break the 100k mark. Something to think about...
